Comtrust signed the agreement with EDF Demasz Hungary about implementation of SAP Contact Center. Comtrust won the tender organized in Hungary at the end of last year for system dedicated to customer service. The implementation project starts in February 2017.
In EDF Demasz Comtrust will deploy SAP Contact Center functionality to manage incoming and outcoming contacts (inbound /outbound) and automatic IVR services. Integration with SAP CRM will be a core element of the implementation. Homogenous SAP environment will be created to provide complex customer service with low TCO and short implementation time.
SAP Contact Center is one of the world leading system. It combines voice and data traffic with information systems and databases to produce a centrally-managed system that allows unified management of all contacts – telephone, e-mail, fax, voice mail, web contacts, chat and SMS. Most benefits of SAP Contact Center take companies having other SAP systems (CRM, ERP) – in addition to advanced functionality they get homogeneous and stable IT infrastructure with low TCO.
