Comtrust Hungary contract for SAP implementation

Comtrust – the SAP Contact Center specialized partner announced the signing of contract and implementation in the Hungarian Sole-Mizo Group Bonafarm. This is the first implementation of this solution on the food market in Central and Eastern Europe.

The SAP implementation project for customer service in Bonafarm Group  includes  SAP CRM and SAP Contact Center. The agreement was signed in April this year and after 6 months the two systems have been integrated and started in Hungary HQ. During next-implementation-stages both systems will cover the company branches in other countries. Polish team is responsible for the telecommunications and contact center part and integration with SAP CRM.

Bonafarm is our another customer in Hungary. Last year, we implemented SAP Contact Center and integrated it with SAP CRM in Hungaropharm – pharmaceutical warehouse, and two years ago – in EDV Hungarian Water Works.”
