Comtrust offers the necessary VoIP equipment of leading global vendors such as AudioCodes, Polycom, Plantronics, Jabra. The devices are installed and configured by Comtrust consultants in order to work optimally with the customer’s network infrastructure and telecommunication trunks (ISDN or SIP).


During the implementation process performance tests of the entire infrastructure are provided to test all components of the system at its full load. Hardware infrastructure can be delivered and set up in a high-availability architecture (hardware & software clusters).

AudioCodes VoiceAI Connect extends text-based chatbot functionality to voice communications, connecting to any telephony channel to allow customers to talk naturally with chatbots for an audio-centric user experience.
