Comtrust introduces next generation communication services in Poland

Warsaw, Helsinki, April 9th, 2015

Comtrust, the company specialized in solutions dedicated customer services and contact center, introduces next generation communications services in Poland delivered from the platform in Finland, which is based on Microsoft Lync. This is the result of the partnership agreement signed with Benemen, the provider of advanced cloud based communication solutions.

Most organisations today have a mix of different telecommunication solutions including PBX, call center, mobile phones, and unified communication software. For the most part these different solutions are isolated and not integrated. Integration is costly and the individual communication solutions do not deliver optimum value for the business. Providing all communication services from one cloud based platform addresses these challenges, increases their productivity and lowers their communication costs.

“The Benemen service provides users with much more than unified communications to meet business demands for communications in all areas.  The service integrates telecom networks, business systems, and communication platforms,” said Jouni Purontaus, CEO of Benemen. “This means full PBX & Call Centre Capability across all devices including fixed, mobile and Microsoft Lync.”

In the Benemen solution mobiles are an integral part of the service alongside other devices. And what is important and innovative – presence is unified but also enriched with call status and preferred routing options. The design ensures that calls always land at the best place or device and call routing is in real time based on users’ information. Call Recording is available across all devices.
