Comtrust is honoured once again and achieves automatically PCoE certification from SAP

PCoE (Partner Center of Expertise) certification is one of the highest standards awarded to the VAR (Value Added Reseller ) partner organizations that provide SAP maintenance services. SAP awards only a small group of its partners and only after the stringent assessment and evaluation by SAP audit team. PCoE recertification is required every two years to ensure that all VAR partners are following the changes/additions to the certification process. The PCoE certification audit consists of three main criteria: customer service processes (including support hotline), infrastructure, and people (technical competencies & solution-related expertise).

Comtrust has successfully renewed its status through automatic extension of the PCoE certification, thanks to the excellent results achieved in all regular independent audits.

The Technical Director in Comtrust is Sebastian Tur, working in the company over 10 years. He supervises IT projects in Poland and abroad and is responsible for the company business development, as well. Congratulations!
