SAP awarded its SAP Partner Center of Expertise Certificate for services provided by Comtrust. The prestigious certificate confirms the highest quality of SAP support services.

Comtrust successfully completed the complex audit procedure. Not only support infrastructure but also support-related processes, tools and employees must meet SAP’s high standards. The scope of the audit included, among others, the organizational procedures and practices used in Comtrust (registration and processing of customer service requests, documentation, reaction time), ensuring the quality of services and infrastructure, hotline, employees qualification and their certifications.

The SAP Partner of Expertise Certificate is not only a confirmation of the highest competence and quality of the services, but also gives Comtrust the right to provide SAP Enterprice Support. The certificate is valid for two years.
