Comtrust implements SAP Contact Center in Hungarian Ministry
Warsaw, Budapest – August, 27th, 2015 Comtrust announces signing the agreement with SAP Hungary for the implementation of SAP Contact Center software in the Hungarian Ministry of Defence.
The SAP Contact Center implementation project includes call center and IVR functionality. The system will be integrated with Interaction Center in SAP CRM. The SAP Contact Center project what Comtrust is responsible for is a part of SAP’s systems implementation.
