Customised CTI adapters

Comtrust introduces enterprise ready CTI integration adapters. Having SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce or other CRM / ERP business applications companies can use out of the box adapters and seamlessly integrate those systems with telecommunication infrastructure.

Adapters connect systems and applications. The efficient and reliable data exchange between IT systems is important, especially if you provide sophisticated and complex customer service. Integrated IT systems where data and events are exchanged in the real time are critical (like in call center, e-commerce, retail).

Connectors for CTI are specific examples because they combine very different technologies. They have to work effectively in the most sensitive customer touchpoints.
